Weekly staffing & cost model

Harvey Coverage Model

Assign each care slot to a caregiver, set the hours and the pay rates, and the weekly cost recomputes. The rules are checked as you go — Lillian's hour and day ceilings, Rosy's 10 a.m. start, JoAnn's Admin windows, the ceiling on Cris's pay from the Kane house, and anyone double-booked. The right-hand column and the figures above count Harvey's household only.

The week

Pick a person per slot and adjust the hours. Harvey is at Elaine's from Friday evening through Sunday — those rows are shaded and need no coverage.

Hard rules you gave me are flagged red; preferences are amber.

Handouts

The same numbers, cut to each audience. Harvey sees his coverage and his bill, Elaine gets the week with no money on it, the Kane page shows what Cris costs that household, and each caregiver sees only their own week as the job.

Elaine's coverage is unpaid and carries no cost. Overnight is a fixed weekly supplement, not an hourly shift.
